Lesson Objectives - Students will make corrections for the Unit 11 Vocabulary Quiz.  They will them analyze the author's use of characterization in telling Harriet Tubman's story.   Students will use close reading strategies to examine the techniques used by the author as well.  Finally, they will determine if she will be included in their upcoming Performance Task.
Homework - Students should prepare for tomorrow's Quiz on "Harriet Tubman."
