Lesson Objectives - Students will...

• Begin vocabulary unit 10 after they are introduced to the words.
• Explain examples of the author's use of sensory details and use of dialect in "Boy: Tales of Childhood."

Homework - Students are to either print out vocabulary word flash cards from the book's website or write out their own on index cards.
