Lesson Objectives - Students will create their Vocabulary Unit 7 flash cards. They will then continue to explore the concept of theme and how it is related to the message authors provide to the reader.   Students will apply this concept to an excerpt from "The Adventures of Tom Sawyer."
Homework - Think of a recent movie you have seen. Provide one example of a Life Lesson theme as well as a Human Nature theme. This is due on Friday, December 5th.  Have the Student Detail Reports signed by the end of the week as well.
