8th Grade

Lesson Objectives - Students will find examples of internal and external conflicts from the story "Rules of the Game."  They will then examine recent stories we have read to find other examples of these conflicts.
Homework  - In a chart, list 3 examples each of internal and external conflicts found in your January RRS assignment.

7th Grade

Lesson Objectives - Students will present their outline examples to the rest of the class.  They will then examine the author's use of primary and secondary sources in writing non-fiction.
Homework - In a paragraph, relate a favorite story told to you from a member from your family.
