Lesson Objectives - In continuing with our studies in poetry, students will compare/contrast writing samples as well as examine the poet's use of including sensory details in his/her work.
Homework - Paragraph Response: Of the four poems we have studied over the last two days, which one do you feel is the best representative of the genre?  Explain your answer.

7th Grade

Lesson Objectives - Students will be able to define and find examples of static and dynamic characters in the current story as well as other types of media including movies and TV shows.
Homework - Create a chart that lists and explains 5 examples of dynamic characters in books you have read.
