Lesson Objectives - Students will create visual representations of the words from Vocabulary Unit 6. They will then continue working on their own for their Performance Task.
  • Thursday: Students will brainstorm and organize their information. They will begin writing their rough drafts.
  • Friday: Students will finish writing their rough drafts.
  • TODAY AND TOMORROW: Students will begin the peer editing process, make final edits, and write their final drafts.
Homework - Students will make sure that pages 2-5 and the sub packet is complete and ready to be submitted on tomorrow.  They will also have their Vocabulary Unit 6 quiz tomorrow as well.

  • CCSS.ELA-Literacy.W.7.3.e: Provide a conclusion that follows from and reflects on the narrated experiences or events.
