Lesson Objectives - Students will finish the exercises in Vocabulary Unit VII.
They will then start the next story, "A Retrieved Reformation," where
they will analyze its structure (exposition, rising action, climax, and
falling action.) Students will then apply these story elements to other
media sources.
Homework - Answer the following in a paragraph response: "Would you forgive your significant other if their entire personal history was a lie? Explain."

You will have to work on two articles in Achieve 3000 every week on your own. You can do this at home or during class once you have completed your assignment.
There what you do....
- Log in to A3000
- Click on the assigned article. You may have to scroll to find it.
- Complete the "Before Reading Poll" first
- Read the "Thought Question," but but don't answer it until you have finished reading the article
- Click on "Article" and read it
- Go back and complete the "Thought Question," then move on to the "Activity"
- Check the Important Due Dates above to see when the assignment is due

- The 2017-2018 school year is Mr. Swain's 20th year at Conrad as a teacher. During this time, he has seen many positive changes with the Conrad facilities and programs. Mr. Swain completed his master's degree in educational technology and is looking forward to using these skills in the classroom.
