Lesson Objectives - Students will take their Vocabulary Unit II quiz at the beginning of class. They will then determine the main idea of the personal essay, "Names Nombres," by looking at the author's observations, attitudes, and purposes. Students will use this model to begin crafting their own personal essays that will be due at the beginning of next week.
Homework - Please answer the following on a piece of loose leaf paper in a paragraph. Interview Question: Describe a situation where you faced a challenge and you overcame it.
