Reader Response Sheets for the month of September were due yesterday. Any submissions after tomorrow will not count towards the interim grade for the first marking period! Students will receive partial credit for late assignments.

• Use context clues to determine word meanings.
• Examine the structure of the personal essay, "Names/Nombres" to determine the author's message.
• Begin brainstorming for their individual personal essay.
